These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and vi999 ("vi999", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), which operates the online betting and casino platform accessible at vi999.io. These Terms govern all aspects of your use of the vi999 platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus participation, sports betting, casino gaming, and all other services offered by vi999.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility criteria set out above. vi999 will not be liable for any losses incurred by a player who has provided false eligibility information.

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each eligible player is permitted to hold one and only one vi999 account. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. If vi999 identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts may be suspended pending investigation, and any balances held across duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during the registration process and at all subsequent points of identity verification. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. vi999 is not responsible for any service failures resulting from inaccurate information provided by a player.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

vi999 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming obligations. You may be required to submit identity documents — including a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. vi999 reserves the right to request these documents at any time and to delay withdrawal processing until verification is satisfactorily completed.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials will be deemed to have been carried out by you, whether or not you authorised that activity. 4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

vi999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking, and other supported bank transfer channels as published on the vi999 platform from time to time. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

4.2 Deposit Conditions

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500.
• Deposits are credited to your vi999 account balance upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds.
• vi999 does not charge a deposit processing fee, although your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• You must only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method and account number used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification.
• vi999 targets a withdrawal processing time of approximately five minutes for standard requests submitted during normal operational hours. Processing times may vary during periods of peak demand or where additional verification is required.
• Withdrawals may be held pending completion of KYC verification if this has not previously been completed on the account.
• vi999 reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing any withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or policy violation.

4.4 Currency

All account balances, deposits, bonuses, bets, and withdrawals on vi999 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). vi999 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion required by your payment provider is your sole responsibility.

vi999 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer. General bonus conditions applicable to all vi999 promotions are as follows:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and identity verification.
• All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiple applicable to each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion terms.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

vi999 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its discretion. A bet is only confirmed when a bet confirmation reference is displayed to the player. Bets placed during a system error, during an odds feed outage, or at clearly erroneous prices ("palpable errors") are void and stakes will be returned. vi999 is the final arbiter of what constitutes a palpable error.

6.2 Event Results

The settlement of bets is based on the official result as determined by the relevant governing body — for example, the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) for domestic cricket, or the ICC for international tournaments. In the event of ambiguity, vi999 will consult official sources and settle bets accordingly. vi999's settlement decisions are final.

6.3 In-Play Betting

In-play or live betting markets are available on selected events. Odds on in-play markets change continuously and may be suspended at any time. Bets placed after the occurrence of a material in-play event (e.g., a wicket falling, a goal being scored) but before odds have been updated will be void. vi999 uses automated feed monitoring to detect such situations but cannot guarantee detection in all cases.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed within the betting interface at the time of bet placement. vi999 reserves the right to adjust individual player stake limits at any time without prior notice.

vi999 provides access to online casino games including live dealer tables, slot games, table games, and other digital gaming products supplied by third-party game providers including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe ("Game Providers"). The following conditions apply to all casino game activity on vi999:

• All casino games available on vi999 use certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing equipment supervised by trained dealers. Game outcomes are determined solely by these mechanisms and are not influenced by vi999 or by player activity.
• Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each slot and table game are provided by the relevant Game Provider and are displayed within the game information panel where available.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vi999 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Creating more than one account, whether in the player's own name, a pseudonym, or through another individual.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21 years.
• Colluding with other players in any betting market or casino game for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform or to place bets programmatically.
• Exploiting any technical error, software glitch, or system vulnerability — including the use of bets placed at palpably incorrect odds — for profit.

• Engaging in matched betting using vi999 promotional offers in conjunction with external betting exchanges to eliminate risk at the platform's expense.
• Any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at vi999 staff or other players.

9.1 Suspension by vi999

vi999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where a player is found to have violated these Terms, where fraudulent activity is suspected, where a player fails to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe, or where continued operation of the account presents a risk to the platform or other players.

9.2 Voluntary Closure

Players who wish to close their vi999 account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and any funds under investigation) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable period. Accounts closed under a self-exclusion request are subject to the Responsible Gaming Policy and may not be reopened for the duration of the self-exclusion period.

9.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. vi999 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 to dormant accounts, deducted from the account balance. Players will receive advance email notice before dormancy fees begin to apply. The balance will not be reduced below zero as a result of dormancy fees.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit vi999's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by vi999's gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

vi999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be published at vi999.io/terms-conditions with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, vi999 will use reasonable endeavours to notify registered players by email or via an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the vi999 platform after the revised Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendments, you must stop using the platform and contact [email protected] to arrange account closure.
